What you write and upload stays yours. The terms of service say what PKWAT is allowed to do with it, which is: show it to the people you are playing with.
PKWAT is published in English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. These pages are translations of a single text, and the French version is the one that binds if a translation and it ever disagree.
